Corona treatment for Film Blowing Machine

It is used for treating all kinds of plastic film and sheet.

Note:

Corona treatment machine should be used together with corona discharge rack, and according to the maximum width of material treatment to select the appropriate discharge rack.
If it is used for common film blowing corona and printing film blowing, choose the appropriate power corona processor.
If it is used for viscose bonding, you need to choose a corona processor with a higher power.

Installing the corona processor and corona discharge rack:
When installing the corona processor and corona discharge rack, the red wire and the red wire shall be connected, and the black wire shall be connected with the black wire;
And ensure that the black terminal of the high-voltage output part is reliably connected with the grounding of the metal body of the film blowing machine or printing equipment;
The distance between high-voltage cable with red terminal and all conductive parts and ground shall be greater than 50 mm.
Main applications:
The corona machine and blow molding machine are used together,that can heat treat the surface of blown film substrate, enhance the surface adhesion, and the effect is better.
The combination of corona printing machine and printing machine (including gravure printing machine and embossing machine) are used together ,that can effectively improve the printing quality and obtain the effect of bright patterns without fading.
The combination of corona machine and compound machine are used together,that can greatly improve the firmness of composite bonding and enhance the adhesion
